Just when Flint is ready to consider Carolina governor Peter Ashe's tricky condition, exposing his whole story in London, after an inspection of Nassau, Miranda realizes Peter was the one who betrayed the Hamiltons and them, reneges on the deal and causes the governor's men to kill her and capture Flint, whose execution is announced.
